Another Batch was born during the pandemic. While the whole world was forced to stay home, Christine and Celine had the urge to bake since it gave them something creative to do and well, they just really loved desserts (baked goods in particular).

They attempted to make brownies, cakes, lemon squares and of course, cookies. Anytime they made something, they made sure to do thorough research to find the best recipe and ensured to use the best quality ingredients.

After a couple years of trial and error, they developed their own cookie recipe and slowly shared these sweet experiences with family, friends and eventually, friendly strangers.
